Get started

Shine bright with your own light.

It is so easy to get caught up into what others think you should do or be.

It sneaks up on you with the feeling of being overwhelmed.

Such experience has entered my atmosphere lately.

My intent is to help people thru my writing.

As the ‘call for action’ for those who wish to put more positive energy into the world is in full effect right now, the urge to step up is strong.

My response was a deep dive into webinars, challenges, Facebook groups and consumption of a ton of YouTube videos.

All in the name of learning to start a business to spread positive vibes.

Totally, as I am healing from healing from an injury (which is another story).

It was too much.

I was doing the wrong kind of work.

I was following other people’s paths.

I was so focused on how others became successful.

And dealing and managing pain.  (no pain killers here, I prefer CBD)

Your work is to soothe yourself into alignment more -Abraham Hicks

Also…aren’t the most successful people the ones who break the mold?

I took a break.

Turned my boat around and went with the float downstream with my inner being.   I followed my feelings aka following my bliss.

I played with my cat more.

I read books that I found entertaining.

I allowed myself to be exactly who I am.

And you know what happened?

I found a mentor.

A great woman who is helping shape my business.  (Shout out to Maggie)

I am taking deep breaths again.

I am myself again.

I am riding that high-flying disk as ME, not what they tell me to be.

I learned a valuable lesson from the contrast.

I am grateful for all the valuable information that I have learned.

But!!!

I won’t let my shine dim again.

How about you?

When you feel overwhelmed what do you do for relief?

Let me know in the comments.

Thank you for letting me share.

Be kind. Be well. Smile!!!
