My morning and evening routines has been shifting lately.
I attribute it to a Neville Goddard technique that I started a couple of weeks ago.
Neville Goddard is a self-help author, mystic, and speaker who rose in the 1930s.
His teachings are inspirations of going using imagination, and the importance of ONENESS with self.
A manifestation method Neville Goddard spoke about is called the ‘Wish Fulfilled’.
This technique involved becoming absorbed in the feeling of whatever you are trying to manifest.
Like really get into the feeling.
That is what I thought I was doing before my introduction to Neville Goddard.
I would sit and visualize my ideal circumstances, thinking that I was completely engrossed in my wish.
I wasn’t. I never truly dived deep into the feeling.
There was still a part of me that thought I didn’t deserve.
A deep limited belief that required some releasing.
I wasn’t still completely trusting in the process.
Grateful that I became aware of my resistance; I wondered how to change it.
My research leads me to a couple of Neville Goddard lectures and meditation videos (from various people).
My favorite is a bedtime meditation is the ‘Wish fulfilled’ plus a mantra of ‘it is done’.
Mornings, I have been waking up a ‘wish fulfilled’ meditation; joined by a ‘something wonderful is happening for me now.’
Those meditations are from Neville Goddard teachings.
The joy that I have been experiencing since Neville Goddard arrived in my experience has been such a major shift in my mindset.
My trust in my life experience and the adventure that is unfolding is exhilarating!
There is an ease in my day as the affirmation ‘everything is working out for me’; consumes my mind; accompanied with ‘this is for my benefit’, has taught me to see circumstances in a new light.
All these methods and affirmations have given me a lot of insight to my levels of trust.
I can tell that from the way I feel as I engage in these strategies, if I deeply believe or not.
Am I whole heartedly trusting the process?
It takes dedication to put in the work to change your life.
We live in a culture that instant gratification is the norm.
Hence, why so many humans give up after quickly when life doesn’t magically shift in a big way when we desire it to.
(The more your awareness grows; the easier it is to recognize the shifts)
When you don’t trust that your purpose will lead you to the life you desire, there is work that needs to be done.
You must get your vessel ready.
That is the greatness of all these meditations and affirmations.
It is all a way to get into that subconscious and reveal the programs that are no longer serving you.
So, you may ask:
- How do I gain that trust?
- How do I find my subconscious limited beliefs?
Those two questions are the acknowledgment.
Then decide to change them because you want a better life.
I can never tell you exactly how to change your life.
I am just a reporter of the law of attraction.
Only you can change your life.
It all starts by going within.
Oneness with self is the key.
Abraham Hicks and Neville Goddard teach the same thing.
“You have to first feel it before it can manifest it.”
When you feel it to be true it will be true.
That is reverse for a lot of us who believe they first must see before they believe.
That is the biggest shift I have been making in 2021.
And I appreciate the journey as I do it.
That is the course I am navigating for myself.
Each day since that decision has been and continues to be jovial!
